You already have a primary packaging machine — a VFFS, a pre‑made pouch filler, or a can seamer. What you may lack is an organized, automated system to take those finished bags or boxes and get them onto pallets. That is where a food packaging, case packing, and palletizing line comes in.
This modular line adds onto your existing equipment. It begins at the discharge of your current packer, collects products onto a conveyor, forms them into case patterns, loads the cases, seals them, and stacks the cases onto pallets. Each module — conveyor, case packer, palletizer — operates independently but communicates through a shared PLC.
For food plants that currently rely on manual case packing and pallet stacking, the labor savings are immediate. One operator can oversee the entire line instead of four people manually stacking. The case packer handles both regular slotted cartons and half‑slotted trays. The palletizer stores up to 30 layer patterns for different box sizes.
The system runs on standard shop air and 480V power. Installation requires no floor trenching or structural changes. Most buyers see full return on investment within 12 to 18 months.
